To contribute to the implementation of quality education through the acquisition of library collections in different format for instruction and research.

Vission

The Lyceum Northern Luzon library envisions for competitive quality education in congruent with the higher quality library services, to have collection in a variety of format and information resources designed to meet the curriculum, research, professional, intellectual and creative needs of LNL community.

Objectives:

1. To provide facilities, technologies, and customer-oriented services that can contribute to clients and foster a creative environment conducive to learning and research.

2. To provide new and traditional academic references, research assistance, course support, and fast delivery of information.

3. To provide a comprehensive and appropriate collection of books and materials in other formats for all students and faculty.

4. To provide easy access to information and keep abreast with the current trends in information technology via library automation.
